Organising your Desk

I used to be a corporate lawyer, sitting in offices for long hours by my desk. Of course it was very organised (unlike many lawyer’s desks), but I often witnessed messy desks on my walks to see different departments and it used to make me stressed with the papers, files and things on their desk, under their desk and around them. My stress levels would escalate, even if they were fine about the clutter!

As much as people love mentioned how Einstein had a cluttered desk and still came out with his genius theories, for many having a desk can start making them feel overwhelmed and stressed.

To help our listeners, combat feeling suffocated by their cluttered desk, we discuss how to declutter your desk and then organise it to feel calm whilst working on your desk.
